Hillary Bashaw is a board-certified Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner at Spine Capital, where she specializes in the comprehensive care of patients with complex spinal conditions. She is deeply committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and plays a key role in ensuring seamless continuity and clinical excellence throughout each patient’s journey.
Hillary earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Bellin College, graduating with honors. Over the course of her clinical career, she has built a strong foundation in neurosurgical disease management, spine surgery, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Prior to joining Spine Capital, she gained extensive experience in neurosurgery, orthopedics, and spine surgery, honing her diagnostic skills, clinical judgment, and whole-patient approach.
Known for her approachable demeanor, attention to detail, and clear communication, Hillary partners closely with both patients and surgical teams—from initial consultation through post-operative recovery—to deliver personalized, high-quality care.
Outside of clinical practice, Hillary enjoys spending time with her family in the Wisconsin north woods.
